Q. Is it safe to shop online at TrueBlueRoasters.com?
A. Credit card security is one of our top priorities at TrueBlueRoasters.com, and that is why
we guarantee 100% secure ordering for all of our customers. To protect you and your credit
card information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the industry
standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. TrueBlueRoasters.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, and
Discover Card for online orders.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is by FedEx and is a flat-rate $4.99 for all internet orders.
Q. Will you provide me with tracking information about my order?
A. Yes, you will receive a confirmation that your order was shipped. You will be also able to
track your order status with our online customer service.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A. All coffee is roasted fresh to order. We usually ship your order within 2 to 3 business days.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Do you charge sales tax on my order?
A. True Blue Coffee Roasters is based in Old Fields, WV. As a West Virginia company, we
collect sales tax only on items shipped within the State of West Virginia that are subject to
sales tax based upon West Virginia tax law. Items that are shipped outside the State of West
Virginia will not be charged sales tax.
Q. What is True Blue's return policy?
A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise
within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original
credit card used to make the purchase. To ensure proper credit, the original packing slip must
be returned with the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Q. I am unable to place multiple items in the shopping cart. Is there a solution?
A. Yes. To add multiple items to your shopping cart requires "cookies" to be enabled in your
web browser. If you do not wish to enable cookies fully, your browser may have a "prompt"
setting where you can decide which to accept. Refer to the help in your web browser for
instructions on enabling cookies.
Q. Why are some coffees "currently unavailable" to order online?
A. Sometimes we will simply under estimate the popularity of a coffee, and we run out before
we can get a new shipment in. The most common cause though, is that we will come up on
the end of last years harvest. If those coffee beans are not up to the standards we set,
then we will not purchase them.
