time. There are four distinct elements your may notice when drinking our line of Fair Trade
Organic coffee. They are brought to you in a pleasing and well-balanced combination.
Acidity
Not to be confused with bitterness, acidity is what gives our Fair Trade Organic coffee a
lively flavor- the sparkle, or snap to the drink that is experienced around the edges of the
tongue and towards the back of the mouth. The acidity of a coffee may be assessed as
lively, moderate, flat, or dull. A coffee such as our Colombian will exhibit a bright and pleasant
acidity.
Body
Body is the sense of heaviness, richness, and thickness at the back of the tongue when you
swish the coffee around your mouth. The coffee is not actually heavy; it just tastes that
way. A full-bodied, dark-roasted coffee such as Jasper's Java Blend is sure to please.
Bouquet
The total aromatic profile created by the sensations of gases and vapors on the olfactory
membranes as a result of the volatile organic compounds present in the fragrance, aroma,

Taste
Taste refers simply to the taste of the coffee. Taste experiences with coffee can range from
