Old Fields, WV, May 14, 2007 -- True Blue Coffee Roasters is announcing an expansion of its
Organic Fair Trade flavored gourmet coffee line. “There is a lot of flavored coffee on the
market, but there seems to be very little Organic Fair Trade flavored coffee available”, Linda
Keller, mixologist for True Blue Coffee Roasters said. “Offering flavored Organic Fair Trade
gourmet coffee has opened doors for us, that would have otherwise remained closed”, she
continued.

“It was difficult to locate organic flavorings to use for the coffee, but it was definitely worth
the trouble of searching it out”, she explained further, “Our customers have really shown
their appreciation for our efforts.”

Many coffee companies flavor lower quality coffee beans. True Blue Coffee Roasters begins
with a high quality Organic Fair Trade Colombian coffee to use as its base for flavoring. “We
sincerely believe that you cannot make an inferior bean better by hiding it under a heavy
flavoring”, Richard Smith, CEO of True Blue Coffee Roasters said. “If you start with a high
quality coffee bean, and use Organic and All Natural flavoring, the result is a wonderful cup of
gourmet coffee with a nice enjoyable flavor.”

Currently, True Blue Coffee Roasters offers the usual flavors of Almond, Chocolate, Cinnamon,
and Hazelnut among others. “We are currently working on, and will be offering flavors such as
Chocolate Cherry, Chocolate Raspberry, Southern Pecan Pie, and Pina Colada.” Ms. Keller
said. “We will also be offering flavors such as Strawberries and Crème, Peaches and Crème,
as well as our Seasonal flavorings such as Pumpkin Pie Spice.”
